3. License to Use

Beehive Systems Pvt. Ltd. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Software.

4. Software Updates & Modifications

Automatic updates may be pushed to enhance performance or features. Continued use of the Software signifies acceptance of these updates.

5. Data & Usage Analytics

System information, usage patterns, and error logs may be collected to improve performance, stability, and user experience.

6. Payment & Upgrades

Payments (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, design, and technology within the Software are the intellectual property of Beehive Systems Pvt. Ltd.

8. Restrictions

You may not use the Software for illegal or harmful activities.
You may not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the system.
You may not distribute or exploit the Software without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including performance or fitness guarantees.

11. Limitation of Liability

Beehive Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with legal jurisdiction in Delhi NCR.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Software signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
